Allocatus links MS Project with Outlook or Notes

Allocatus can synchronize MS Project tasks with your Calendar or To-do list on your behalf.

You create MS Project tasks in the project plan, assign team members and publish the plan to the Project Server.

The MS Project tasks will be automatically shown in your team member's calendar (AutoLink).

The appointment will be updated in the calendar after each change and the change will be logged by Allocatus.

You can also decide if you want to create a MS Project task as an Outlook/Notes appointment or as an Outlook/Notes task.
