Installation of Allocatus Client
Allocatus Client can be installed manually by an administrator or distributed by a software distribution software like SMS, NetInstall or Altiris.
For manual installation follow the instruction:
Click 'Next'
Select 'I accept the terms in the license agreement' and click 'Next'
Click 'Next'
Click 'Install'
Click 'Finish'
Please right-click the Allocatus icon in the notification area of the task bar and select 'Settings' in the context menu .
Enter in the address of the Allocatus Server in the field 'Allocatus Server URL', e.g. 'http://projectserver/allocatus/aws.asmx'
Allocatus is preconfigured to use Microsoft Outlook. Please select in the field 'Create Tasks in' the value 'Notes' to switch to Lotus Notes. Please see also How do I configure Allocatus Client to work with Lotus Notes in our forum.
