    Hello,

I have a problem with an integration of Allocatus Server. With my account the calendar replicated but with my account the calendar of my colleage is not ok.
I think my account have not right for read and write on the other calendar.
But I have  a full acces permission on the exchange 2010.

    Have you got any idea?

    PS: this is a log.
Failed to read an element in the mailbox of the user  Mailbox@DOMAIN . The error returned from the server was: The specified folder could not be found in the store..
The user account DOMAIN\MY ACCOUNT probably has not not enough permissions to access the mailbox.

     Thank you in advance,
    Regards
    David

    Hi,

The specified folder could not be found in the store/Der angegebene Ordner wurde im Informationsspeicher nicht gefunden

if Allocatus syncs an Exchange mailbox for the first time it sends out an e-mail that ask the user to grant the appropriate permissions (e.g. editor permission on the calendar folder) to its service account (Allocatus Permission Manager). If the Allocatus Service accounts has the correct permissions and you still see that error, wait for 24 h (or restart Exchange Server). If you still see the issue, it's likely that the permission are not correctly inherited. To fix this go to Active Directory Users and Computers, view the properties of the user, click on the Security tab, click the Advanced button and check the Allow inheritable permissions. Note that it may take more than 2 hours for the change to become effective.

In order to test the permissions, logon to OWA with the credentials of your Allocatus service account and open the troubled user's calendar.

    See the following articles:
How to Open Another User's Calendar in Outlook Web Access
Open and use a shared mailbox in Outlook Web App

Connection did not succeed. Try again later..

The mailbox has just been created on the Exchange Server. Please wait until the synchronization of AD/Exchange ist completed. Typically this happens after 24 hours. You can also force it if the user logs on with Outlook to this newly created mailbox

    Thanks,

    Allocatus Admin

    Hi,

the reason is that the Allocatus Virtual directory is not using the correct mode. Please follow the following steps to set it up, see also:
    Allocatus Admin Guide (EN)

    1. Start Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
    2. Expand node Web Sites/Default Web Site/Allocatus.
    3. Right-click the virtual directory Allocatus and select Remove.
    4. Right click the node Application pools and select Add Application Pool
    5. Enter Allocatus as Name, .NET Framework v2.0.50727 as .NET Framework version, Classic as Managed pipeline mode and click OK.
    6. Set Application Pool identity to the Allocatus Service account used to access Project Server (Advanced Settings/Process Model/Identity)
    7. Expand the node for the target web site, e.g. SharePoint - 80
    8. Right-click the node for the target web site and select Add Application
    9. Enter Allocatus in the text field Alias.
    10. Select the newly created application pool Allocatus for the application
    11. Set the physical path by browsing to the Allocatus Server root folder, e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Allocatus\Server.
    12. Click OK to create the Allocatus virtual directory.

    Thanks
