How can I set up permissions for Allocatus service account manually?

    Hi,

    how can I set up the required permissions to my calendar and task list for the Allocatus service account by myself, without using the Allocatus permission manager?

    Please follow the following four steps to set up the required persmissions for the Allocatus service account:

    1. Open Outlook and go to the backstage view by clicking the File Tab in the ribbon. Click on Account Settings and chose Delegate Access.

    3. In the Delegates dialog click on the button Add…

    5. Search for the Allocatus service account and add it. Then click on OK.

    7. In the Delegate Permissions: Allocatus dialog you have to choose Editor permissions for the Calendar and also for Tasks
      Uncheck the checkbox Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me. 
      Optionally activate the checkbox Delegate can see my private items (if you have Allocatus items which are marked as private). Click OK.
